The Chapel is a church with a diverse congregation, reaching a unique population of global travelers from around the world. Mike is an anointed worshipper and gifted teacher of the Word of God, whose inspiring style of communication has led him before a variety of audiences. His call to proclaim God's Word has taken him to China, Korea, Europe, Scandinavia, Great Britain, Africa, India, Central America, the Caribbean and Israel. Having served in pastoral ministry for nearly 30 years, Mike brings a balance of evangelistic passion, a worshipper’s heart, and revelational teaching. Mike is also the founder of River Crossing; a unique, developing, church-based event center that utilizes music and performing arts to touch the millions of tourists passing through his hometown of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Mike and his wife have three daughters, a son-in-law and a grandson. • WE BELIEVE IN THE VALUES OF THE BIBLE, that the Bible is the Word of God. Jesus is the Living Son of God, who was born of a virgin, lived, was crucified, died, arose and ascended to the right hand of His Father in heaven. • WE BELIEVE IN FOSTERING BIBLICAL UNITY throughout the whole Body of Christ by embracing others in the love of Jesus. • WE BELIEVE IN LIVING THE SPIRIT-FILLED LIFE, and encourage believers to receive and experience the fullness and power of the Holy Spirit. Through the Spirit believers are assisted in being shaped to the image and character of Jesus Christ. • WE BELIEVE OUR PURPOSE IS TO GLORIFY GOD and Jesus through truth in His Word and by the power of the Holy Spirit, and to encourage this through worship, prayer and studying the Word of God, the Bible. • WE BELIEVE IN BIBLICAL INTEGRITY as outlined in the Ten Commandments and in the New Testament teachings of Jesus. These principles lead us, both the church and individuals, to handle our finances, our communication and our day-to-day lives in such a way as to model the credibility of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world and to other believers. • WE BELIEVE GOD HAS CALLED US TO PROCLAIM His Good News to the world that the world might know that Jesus is the only Son of God and the hope and salvation of all peoples.
